Ding ding dong

Sorry Mei Leen, couldn’t join you guys for the gathering today. Had just recovered from a fever, thank God i felt normal today. Yesterday was terrible. Just kept drowning myself with gallons of water and panadols.

There are just some days i wana be sick so i could stay home and slack but these few days are just not the time. It’s really 零时抱佛脚, rush rush rush all the reports.

I just had to glue my butt to the chair and type type type away. These days, i can’t even go for a jog anywhere nearby. Out of nowhere just sprouted so many foreign workers and construction site la. Worst still, they like to shower right outside the bathroom, with like no shelthers or anything. Maybe they just don’t understand what are bathrooms meant for.

We had fun at the lovey dovey service today. It’s just such a wonderful sight to see all the couples renewing their wedding vows. Shawn was saying in 10 years time, our entire cell group would be up there making that vow too. :) I so look forward to that. Would be such a blissful sight. I had always love attending weddings and that’s like one of the reason i chose to work in banquet. But, It’s just upsetting to know that 1 in 4 marriages in Sinagpore actually ends up in divorce. To me, no problem could ever be big enough to resort in a divorce. I always believe in happily ever after so this is really upsetting to me.

” SINGAPORE : A construction site at Clementi Road has become the second most active dengue cluster in Singapore.Authorities found 33 new cases there last week, and 20 of them were reported within just three days.

The Varsity Park construction site opposite the National University of Singapore is believed to be the cause.

Woh Hup, the company overseeing the building work, said it is in discussion with the National Environment Agency. Both are working on preventive measures to mitigate the problem but did not elaborate what those measures are.

Elsewhere in Singapore, the total number of new dengue cases has dipped.” – CNA
