This is interesting. To all the woman out there, you’ll love this to bits!

Men are like

Now Days 80% of women are against marriage, WHY? Because women realize it’s not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage.

1. Men are like . …. Laxatives . ….. They irritate the crap out of you.

2. Men are like
Bananas ……. The older they get, the less firm they are.

3. Men are like ……
Weather . Nothing can be done to change them.

4. Men are like . Blenders You need One, but you’re not quite sure why.

5. Men are like ….. Chocolate Bars …. Sweet, smooth, & they usually head
right for your hips.

6. Men are like ….
Commercials
……. You can’t believe a word they say.

7. Men are like Department Stores ….. Their clothes are always 1/2 off.

8. Men are like ….. .
Government Bonds …. They take soooooooo long to mature.

9. Men are like …. . Mascara . They usually run at the first sign of emotion.

10. Men are like …
Popcorn ….. They satisfy you, but only for a little while.

11. Men are like Snowstorms …. You never know when they’re coming, how many inches you’ll get or how long it will last.

12. Men are like ……….. Lava Lamps …. Fun to look at, but not very bright.

13. Men are like

Party Planner

February 28, 2008 at 12:27 am (Leisure)

“I’m not a girl, not yet a woman.”

But in a month time, i’ll be a woman! Gosh, how does that sound? It sure sounds scary and exciting to me at the same time. I’m just like coming to the end of a tunnel, where i can see a glimpse of light; but is unsure of what is out there. That is exactly how confuse i feel right now. I’m at this point of time where i GOTTA make a decision if i should go out to work or continue to with my studies. And if i were to work, what kindof job? Jon Foo wants to get me to MediaCorp to be a Asst Producer in Channel 5, i’ve another job offer to be a Coporate Affairs Exec in Virtuoso Arts from Agnes. And there’re a million of other things i wanna do. Where should i head to? I believe every decision i will make will have a major impact on my life and that’s why i wanna do it right. I’ve make enough wrong decisions in my life; it’s time i get things right.

Anyway, diverting.. I’m so glad i’ve got my 21st birthday party rolling. I’ve sent out major smses to most people whom i regard as my friends already. Hopefully i haven’t miss out on anyone. If i do, it either means i know you will not turn up or that we haven’t been in contact for a long while. Either way, if i haven’t already blast out the party announcement to you and you feel that you’re my friend, PLEASE do let me know. I’ll love to have you in my party too.

21st is the mark of adulthood; a transition from a child into an adult and that’s why it’s so important. But to me, it’ll probably be more like a major friends gathering than a birthday party since i can’t even celebrate on my actual day. I’m gonna have a poolside BBQ party at a Pasir Ris condo whom Yuki’s darling have kindly helped me to get. It’s gonna be on the 29th of March, 9 days short of my actual birthday. All this because i’m gonna be in Beijing as from 1st to 13th Apr, so sadly, gotta celebrate there.

Fur Ball invasion

01022008001.jpg      Me and Sky      Sky

This week’s gonna be a “catch up w ppl” week. So glad attachment is finally over except for some video projects still hanging in the air. Staying over at Yuki’s place now, love the white fur ball of hers. Really adorable except that it peeed on me twice when i carried it. TWICE ok. But maybe cos i’m pretty suai one, had some birds poo on me before then step on dogs poo poo so dog peeing on me is no big deal la.

Just caught this really great Korean movie with Mich and Matt, didn’t even know what movie i was watching untill reaching there. It’s a Korea comedy call 2 FACES OF MY GIRLFRIEND, also the longest Korean movie i’ve watched AND.. probably the only movie where the male lead is not good looking at all. It’s 2 hours long where usually most movie would just be about an hour or so. Nonetheless, it’s a real funny peice. Enjoyed it a lot, really heartwarming, wacky and comical.

Story is about this all round loser guy who’s thirty years old, still in college, unemployed and dependent on his family. To top that off, he has never had a girlfriend or even kissed a girl before. One day, he meets a mysterious girl in the subway and sparks fly instantly. One night out, just as things start to seem promising, he realises that there is more to the girl than meets the eye when her split personalities arises…

Donuts Craze!

DONUTS DONUTS DONUTS!

MORE DONUTS    DONUTS!

On the way to filming at TTSH with Gel and Jon Foo, we discovered this hidden Donut Factory cafe at VeloCity. Have seen many donut shops around but haven’t been to a Donut Cafe.

It was pretty hidden in a corner, but was really big and comfy and no queue at all.
And.. goodness gracious.. yummy delicious fresh chocolatish filled donuts. Almost heaven. Man, was really really really really good, super sinful with chocolate oozing out from every bite. Super sinful, but who cares huh. Love it and will be back for more.

Waterhorse

Just came back from media screening of Water Horse. It’s quite a slightly above average movie, but far from the the Chronicles of Narnia which is also by the same company.

I would say it’s quite disappointing, expected it to be much better in fact.

Story linewise, kind of weak, just about this old man relating his encounter with the Waterhorse during his childhood. And i don’t like the ending where everything goes back to square one again.

Plot: 2 stars
Cinematography: 4 stars
Cast: 4 1/2 stars (child lead was really adorable)
Overall: 3 half stars
